Obituary for Cleta A. Parks (Quinton)

Cleta A. (Quinton) Parks, 82, passed away peacefully Thursday, May 25, 2017. Funeral service 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, May 30, at Riverside Christian Church, 1001 Litchfield. Cleta was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-randmother, sister, and friend. She worked as a jailer/dispatcher for Butler County Sheriff, at Learjet, and Simplex Time Recording. She was preceded in death by her husband, Wallace Parks; parents, William and Maybelle Quinton; grandparents Pat and Nellie Hood; brothers Oliver and R.J. Quinton, and sister Rita Quinton Trollinger. Survived by children Barbara Parks (Darrel) Dyke, and Ray (Cyndi) Parks; grandchildren Court (Amy) Dyke, Sidnee (Bob) Whitaker, Shannon (Jeremy) Parks-Ayala, Chase Parks; great grandchildren Eric Kenitzer, Miguel Ayala, Alyssa Ayala, and Robbie Whitaker. A memorial has been established with Presbyterian Manor, 4700 W. 13th St. N., Wichita, KS 67212.
