Crown, Winton Lloyd, 96, passed away Sunday, July 30, 2017.

Funeral service 10:30 a.m., Monday, August 7, at Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca.

He had a long career as an administrator in Wichita Public Schools. He was also very active in Kiwanis and West Douglas Church of Christ.

He was preceded in death by his siblings Irene Deister, Joe Crown, Ila Loney, Mildred King, Joyce Compton.

Winton is survived by his wife, Colleen; daughters Karen (Rich) Farr, Joan (Micheal) Hopkins, and Rene Yaws; grandchildren Keturah Elain Lane, Marie Rene Hopkins, Jonathan Lloyd Hopkins, Michael Quinn Yaws, Jessica Nicole Yaws; great-grandchildren Landen Schmidt-Yaws, Zoey Yaws, Emma Brielle Lane, William Yaws; and siblings Lee Crown, Norma Reynolds, and Philip Crown.
