Phillip Roscoe Fisher, Jr., age 80, retired co-owner Phil and Jack Janitorial Service, passed away Monday, July 31st, 2017. Visitation 1-8 pm Thursday, August 3, with family receiving friends 5-7 pm, Culbertson-Smith Mortuary, 115 S. Seneca. Funeral service 10 am Friday, August 4, Revival Way Mission, 9327 E. 42nd St. N. Graveside service 3 pm Friday, Argonia Cemetery, Argonia, KS. Phillip is preceded in death by his parents, Ann and Phillip Fisher, Sr., and his son, Phillip Allan Fisher; brother, Ron Fisher; and sisters, Phyllis Amsler and Marilyn Pressley. Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Carolyn; daughter, Sherri Lynn Black (Ben), of Wichita; daughter-in-law, Molly Fisher-Almanza (Bob), of Argonia; brother, Donald D. Fisher (Faye), of Wichita; sister, Carolyn Johnson (Jack); grandchildiren, Sierra and John Bogle, Kai, Cobi and Alec Black (Kayla), Riley, Grant and Faith Fisher.
