83, passed away Monday, October 2, 2017. She was the owner of Flowers by Jo. Visitation: Friday, October 6, 2017, from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Smith Mortuary, Derby. Funeral Service: 10:30 am, Saturday, October 7, 2017 at Prairie Trail Cowboy Church, 8552 S Broadway, Haysville. She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Lusk and sister, Peggy Wilson. Jo is survived by her four children, Larry Lusk (Penny), Garry Lusk (Ronda), Kimberly Polson (Bob), Kendra Hollis; 20 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; niece, Mickey Adkinson. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Make A Wish, 1144 N St Francis, Wichita, KS 67214 or Susan G Komen For the Cure, 3243 E Murdock St #103, Wichita, KS 67208.. www.SmithFamilyMortuaries.com.
