86, passed away Friday, October 20, 2017.
Graveside service 2:00 pm Sunday, October 22, 2017 at Mulvane Cemetery. Memorial Service will follow at 4:00 pm, Sunday, October 22, 2017 at Mulvane Christian Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosemarie Bloomgren. Donald is survived by his 4 daughters: Sabrina (Ron) Nibbelink of Augusta, KS; Rebecca (Kent) Ott of Mulvane, KS; Kirsten (Donavon) Decker of Andover, KS; Heather (Aaron) Myrick of Frisco, TX; 9 grandchildren: Emily Nibbelink, Juliana (Mark) Whisman, Jessica Nibbelink, Lindsey Ott, Rachael (Nicholas) Hinton, Madison Gale (with her grandparents in heaven), Nicholas Gale, Callie Myrick, and Seth Myrick; 4 great grandchildren, Isaac, Ian, and Ivan Whisman and Alex; brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Marylou Bloomgren; nephews Volker Dilly and George (Kacy) Bloomgren; nieces Kelly (Bob) Nerosa and Sherri (Kurt) Kelly. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Gideon's International Po Box 140800, Nashville, TN 37214..
