Derby - Payne, Noma J. age 78, passed away January 17, 2018. Visitation 1-8pm, family greeting 3:30pm-5:30pm Wednesday evening at Smith Mortuary - Derby, 1415 N. Rock Rd. Funeral will be held 1pm Thursday, January 25th at Woodlawn United Methodist Church, 431 S. Woodlawn Blvd in Derby. Noma is survived by her sons, Ronald Payne and Charles (Aislyn) Payne; siblings, Raymond, Lois and Bob Hall; along with multiple neices, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Margaret Hall; husband, Louis Payne; daughter, Lori Payne. Family requests that family and friends dress casual at the service and in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Lori J. Payne Memorial Fund c/o Derby High School.
