Lorene Wyoma Landis (Whited)
Lorene Miller-Landis, 95, died April 6, 2018 in Medicine Lodge, KS. She was born March 3, 1923 in Silver Creek, NE. Lorene is preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Grethel Beck Whited; husbands, Joseph P. Miller, Harold Glenn, Donald J. Landis; and brother, Donald Whited. Survivors: children, Tony Miller (Mary Jean) of Medicine Lodge, Laura Sweet (Glenn) of Scribner, NE, John Miller (Marilyn) of Aubrey, TX, Bill Miller of Willaughby, OH, and Bernard Miller (Marceline) of Rilleyville, VA; 7 grandchildren; 2 great-grandsons and a great-granddaughter on the way. Viewing: 3-8pm Monday with family present from 5-7pm to greet friends at Smith Mortuary, 1415 N. Rock Rd., Derby. Rosary: 9:30am Tuesday, April 10, followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at 10am at St. Mary Catholic Church, 2300 E. Meadowlark, Derby. Burial in El Paso Cemetery.
