Derby - Page, Delores
age 93 of Derby, Kansas passed away on Monday May 7th, 2018. She was born on November 11th, 1924 in Iola, Kansas. Delores was preceded in death by her husband William C. Page of Neodesha, Kansas. They were married on April 19th, 1942 before he was deployed to WWII. She is survived by (3) children; Melinda (TD) Smith, Kathy (Terry) Hauptman, Bill (Kathy) Page. (3) Grandchildren; Amy (Nick) Krueger, Billy (Marcella) Page, Alex Smith. (4) Great- Grandchildren; Ethan Krueger, Elizabeth Krueger, Kate Page, and Liam Page. Delores will always be remembered as a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend. Visitation will be held at Smith Family Mortuary in Derby, Kansas from 1-8 pm with family greeting friends from 4-6 pm on Thursday May 10, 2018. Funeral Service will be held at 10 am Friday May 11, 2018 at Madison Avenue United Methodist Church, 900 E. Madison, Derby Kansas. Graveside service will follow at El Paso Cemetery in Derby, Kansas. Memorials may be made in Delores’s name to the Stitch and Chat Group at Madison Ave United Methodist Church, a group that provides quilts to those in need.
