He was preceded in death by his father, Carl C. Anderson.

Dave is survived by his wife, Pamela Y. Anderson; son, Gregory S. Anderson; mother, D. Joann (Stotts) Anderson
brother, Ben H. (Linda L.) Anderson; nephews, Travis (Mel) Anderson and Tanner Anderson; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
