77, passed away Monday, July 16th, 2018. She was born April 8th, 1941 to Bob and Genevieve Anthony in Wellington, Kansas. Mary enjoyed working with her hands, crocheting, working in her flower garden, she adored her pets, and spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bob Anthony and Genevieve Pierce; husband, John Maltbie; son, Terry King; step daughter, Elizabeth Diane Brown; sisters, Patricia Bosley, and Marjorie Pierce. Mary is survived by her daughters, Janice Stroud (Randy), Pamela Benson, Jeanette Martinez; son, Patrick Maltbie (Vicky); stepson, Jim Miller (Lynn); 21 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren. Visitation: Thursday, July 19th, 2018, from 1:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Smith Mortuary, Mulvane 501 SE Louis Blvd Mulvane, Kansas 67110. Funeral Service: 2:30 pm, Friday, July 20th, 2018 at Smith Mortuary, Mulvane 501 SE Louis Blvd Mulvane, Kansas 67110. Interment to follow at Mulvane Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Kansas Humane Society.
