Condolence: To the Vann Family - I am so sorry for your loss. My mom is Uncle Bob's half-sister from Michigan. I will always fondly remember Aunt Frances. After Grandma Vann (Hazel Bales) passed, Aunt Frances sent me a lock of my Mom's hair that Grandma had as well as a baby picture of my mom that I was able to share with my 7 siblings. She was a sweet and thoughtful person. God Bless you all.
