Steven Kent Ratliff, 66, died March 3, 2018. Private family services will be held. He is preceded in death by his parents, Burton and Martha Ratliff; brother, Richard; wife, Charlotte. Survivors include his brother, Larry; nephews, Jeff, Terry and Curt Ratliff; nieces, Tonya and Tina.
